Sheet Pan Beef Sliders

INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
12 Brioche slider buns
6 slices cheese of choice
1 Tbsp Allseason
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 egg
cooking spray
PREPARATION
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray. Set aside.
2) Combine ground beef, garlic, Allseason, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
3) Pour beef mixture onto one baking sheet and form it into a large rectangle, pressing down to about a 1/4" thick. (This will shrink as it cooks so make sure it is slightly bigger than the pack of slider buns.)
Bake beef for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pat excess fat off with paper towel..
4) Keeping all the buns attached, cut in half (if not already sliced) and place on the other greased baking sheet.
5) Carefully transfer beef to buns and top with cheese. Place bun tops on and bake for 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
Top with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
