Teriyaki Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs boneless pork chops - 1/2" thick, 4-5 chops
2-3 Tbsp Teriyaki spice blend
2-3 Tbsp Pineapple Teriyaki sauce (regular will work as well)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
PREPARATION
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) Generously rub all sides of chops with Teriyaki spice blend.
3) Heat oil to med-hi in large pan or cast-iron skillet.
4) In 2 batches, add chops to pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
5) Place chops on foil-lined baking sheet and baste both sides with Teriyaki sauce.
6) Bake for 15-18 minutes. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F when done.
7) Serve with vegetables and rice, or your favorite sides. Enjoy!
