Grilled Mushroom Burgers

INGREDIENTS
8oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
4 - burger patties
4 - hamburger buns
4 slices cheese
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp butter
2 tsp Shroom Salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp thyme
lettuce, for garnish
pickles, for garnish
splash of water or beef broth
PREPARATION
1) Season burger patties with 2 tsp Shroom Salt. Set aside. Heat outside grill to med-hi. Lightly brush grill grates with vegetable oil.
2) Place burger patties on grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Turn off heat. Top each patty with cheese and close lid for 2-3 minutes until cheese is nicely melted. Set on plate and cover with foil, set aside.
3) Heat large skillet to med-hi. Melt butter and add onion, garlic, mushrooms, thyme, worcestershire and soy sauce. Stir. Cook 3-4 minutes.
4) Add a splash of water or broth. Stir mushroom mixture, scraping bits off bottom of pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
5) Assemble your burgers with your favorite garnishes/condiments. Top with sautéed mushrooms.
